Heidi Heinsen

“My background in architecture and new developments helps me spot the details that are so easy to miss when you are buying in Ibiza for the first time.”

Heidi started out in architecture and interior design, so she sees houses differently.

Her career naturally evolved from design into sales, where she discovered a passion for working with people and building lasting relationships.

Born in the Dominican Republic, and having lived in Barcelona, Dubai, Strasbourg, and now Ibiza, Heidi feels at home and can easily relate with clients from different cultures and backgrounds. Pair this with the knowledge she has, and you feel your business is handled with trust.

In the end, each task is like a little puzzle to solve. Every client is different, every situation is different, and no two deals are ever the same, but with creativity, problem solving skills and outside the box thinking skills the deals are properly achieved.

Heidi in 3 Q&A’s

Probably still designing. Spaces, interiors, a building from scratch… When one is designing a space you have to be very aware of the user’s needs. At the moment, I am not designing but still understand what today’s buyer is looking for in a space.

That “home” is the feeling you build in a location, with the people and new friends you meet. I have been the new person in Santo Domingo, Barcelona, Dubai, Strasbourg, and here. So, when a client is nervous about starting over somewhere unfamiliar, I just understand this, and I share my experience.

Oef, this is a very personal question. For me, it is the light and the flow. Years of design training rewired my brain that way. That said, the finish is also very important. But we are not all the same… Some prefer views over finishes. The ones that have it all are obviously the ones that sell fastest.
