The location is good for beach life. Both, Cala Salada and Cala Gració are close by. One of my favorite (new) beach clubs here is Pomelo (Cala Gració). Here you will still get 2 beach beds and an umbrella for €21 euros. The beach bar itself is a bit more expensive, but you’ll get good quality in return.

In general, this is a good fit for buyers who are looking for a quiet sunset-side of Ibiza without being fully remote.
