LET US Ibiza is a boutique real estate firm specializing in finding second homes for buyers across the globe. Due to high demand from our international clients, we are currently looking for after-sales support. As a Client Service Assistant, you will form part of the Sales department and work closely with a group of 5 highly motivated women!

You will oversee a 1000 different things , with one goal: make it happen and satisfy the client. See here a list of possible things to do:

• Coordination on the spot between builders/cleaners and clients
• Coordination between clients and workmen during moving in or out
• Manage utility contracting with companies like Endesa & Movistar
• Assisting on property visits
• Assisting on snaggings
• Assisting on furnishing packages
• Assisting in (long-term) rentals

What we will need from you:

• Brains/Study: a good pair of brains that can think along and make it happen
• Professional experience: at least three (3) years in any type of customer sales, property management or rental business with a solid track record
• Software: Experienced in working with e-mail and Whatsapp
• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
