LET US Ibiza is a boutique real estate firm specializing in finding second homes for buyers across the globe. Due to high demand from our international clients, we are currently looking for after-sales support. As a Client Service Assistant, you will form part of the Sales department and work closely with a group of 5 highly motivated women!
You will oversee a 1000 different things , with one goal: make it happen and satisfy the client. See here a list of possible things to do:
- Coordination on the spot between builders/cleaners and clients
- Coordination between clients and workmen during moving in or out
- Manage utility contracting with companies like Endesa & Movistar
- Assisting on property visits
- Assisting on snaggings
- Assisting on furnishing packages
- Assisting in (long-term) rentals
What we will need from you:
- Brains/Study: a good pair of brains that can think along and make it happen
- Professional experience: at least three (3) years in any type of customer sales, property management or rental business with a solid track record
- Software: Experienced in working with e-mail and Whatsapp
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
