Welcome to Sant Josep de sa Talaia
Some of the most beautiful nature and sea views may be found in this area of the island. Beaches such as Cala Vedella, Cala Jondal, Cala Tarida are to be found here. The picturesque village, at approximately 15 minutes of Ibiza Town, organizes a lot for its residents, such as hikes up to the highest mountain of Ibiza, Sa Talaia.
The area surrounds Sa Talaia, the mountain which proudly stands at the centre.
Visitors can hike the mountain in a little over an hour, beginning at the white village church. Once at the summit, you can enjoy stunning, panoramic views of the island, affording you an angle of Ibiza that nowhere else in the world can match.
Cala Comte beach is one of the best known on the Island, and for a good reason. Boasting crystal clear waters and soft golden sands, this 800m strip of paradise has locals and tourists returning all year round. It is also one of the best places in Ibiza to watch the sunset, with crowds gathering here every evening to watch the sun melt into the soft horizon.
