It’s high time you let yourself indulge with the delicious Ibiza dishes based on locally produced ingredients! The Autumn Food Festival of Ibiza has reached its 13th edition and promises to spoil its visitors with fantastic foods.

The Ibiza Sabor 2019 focuses on promoting products of the island. The festival has started on October 31st, and it will last until December 5th. Any local or visitor of Ibiza has the opportunity of trying gourmet set menus for €25, in 51 restaurants across the island. You can add a glass of savory wine to your choice (which is not included in the referred price) or try tapas for €7 with a glass of local wine included in the offer.

The event is organized by The Consell d’Eivissa and PIMEEF and has already established its exceptional reputation after the previous successful editions.

Here are our top five choices, where we encourage you to let your senses be spoiled:

45 Millas
A sentimental legacy combined with inspiration brought by the travels of Chef Alberto Torres brings on a mixed, cosmopolitan cuisine where local products are a significant feature. The festival menu offers you choices for each course, and we can only assure you that the dessert is delicious.

Casa Maca
The rural setting of this 300-year-old farmstead, which houses a restaurant and a hotel, is the best place to enjoy a delicious Mediterranean menu. We can’t make up our mind between the peach with pine nut ice cream and the roasted pineapple with herb sorbet, but we’re sure you’ll find the strength to make the right dessert choice!

Can Mussonet
A farmhouse converted into a restaurant is a place that embraces hundreds of years of history and yet connects to our modern times. Marga Serra has managed to create here the perfect spot for the elegant cuisine of chef Manuel Antón, who amazes clients with contemporary dishes with the essence and aromas of the past.

Oleoteca Ses Escoles
The restaurant is part of the oil mill and installations owned by Miquel Guasch, an important local producer of virgin olive oil. Thus, the cuisine created by chef Miguel Llabrés relies on certified organic products. A selection of local products awaits you at the gourmet shop of the restaurant.

Sabores Naturales
If you are particularly interested in vegan or vegetarian menu choices, this is the place to find the most excellent offer. The healthy cuisine you are looking for is entirely based on local products, and you can enjoy the dishes you ordered on a beautiful, friendly terrace, under the mild sun of Ibiza.
