The main house consists of an original old finca (with its traditional sabina wood beams) and an extension which is used for a chef’s kitchen and dining area, an amazing spot for those that love cooking. In the main house, you will find a big bedroom and en-suite bathroom, plus a living area which can be used in many ways combining living/working/playing/reading. All of the areas can be accessed from a cosy porch.
Please note: There is an additional bedroom now used as a big walk-in closet Furthermore, another room was opened up, but could be closed again to create that third bedroom in the main house.
The Guest Houses
There is a total of three separate guesthouses of which two guest houses are located a bit lower on the plot, away from the main house with separate access. All three of the guesthouses are a bit more modern and are ready to receive guests and to be lived in. All of them have their own kitchen, living area and bathroom(s).
All the areas are in a good state. However, there is a mix of old and new styles which does not go unnoticed. The main house with its old ibicencan characteristics and the guesthouses with their modern comforts. The pool area has a very Balinese appearance with its natural-coloured pool and covered terraces.
The property is located on a 10-minute drive from Ibiza Town. For some quick shopping, you will go to Can Toni and for any restaurants, you will be close to either Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza Town or a little further away, Sant Eularia. Everything is close to this villa.
In all, we think this property is ideal for people that either invite a lot of friends and family to stay over. As well the estate might be ideal for a family that has older kids which all deserve a bit of their own privacy. Another particularly good match would be a co-living community as there is a lot of space to enjoy together, but also room for privacy.
