1. What is your focus within Real Estate?
In Real Estate, I primarily focus on new developments and re-sales of apartments. I am very thankful to my colleagues who taught me about the real estate business on the island. I know about the buying process and how to guide a client through the sales journey. I love seeing the whole process of a new project come together, from start to finish. This way, clients get to choose the structural and decorative materials that should make up their new second home and feel that they are also part of the project. I love seeing new designs, materials and architectural ideas come alive.
2. How does it feel to work with an all-female team?
It has been a pleasure working only with a team of women. I have always felt comfortable sharing all my doubts, thoughts, and fears with them because they are very understanding people. This is particularly because they have shared my experiences as a junior property specialist. We have become more than just colleagues, but friends. I trust them and have learned a lot from working with them.
3. What does 'Don't Play Real Estate Roulette' mean for you?
For me, ‘don't play real estate roulette’ is a message we want to pass across to the clients looking to buy a home in Ibiza. There are about 340 real estate agencies on the island, but we want to highlight that our company values are based on transparency and reliability. We strive to provide a safe investment and ensure that you have a good experience buying a second home in Ibiza.
4. Where do you see Real Estate in Ibiza in the next 3 years?
I see real estate in Ibiza growing exponentially in 3 years. This city has always been a safe place to invest. As someone born and raised in Ibiza, I can tell you that it's a magical place to live, and I am very thankful to have grown up here. People from all over the world come to Ibiza, and everybody I know has fallen in love with the island. The year-round conducive climate and the welcoming atmosphere on the island are major reasons why the city is attractive to investors.
5. How many years have you been working in Real Estate in Ibiza and what is your biggest learning experience?
I have been working in Real Estate in Ibiza for nearly two years. My biggest learning experience has been trying to maintain transactional balance between the selling and buying aspect of real estate brokerage. You must know how to handle negotiations and other investigative processes involved in qualifying the property. A purchase is a very sentimental and delicate process where I have learned to be calm and neutral and try to transmit that feeling to parties.
I believe I will continue to improve my skills and abilities as the years go by, gaining more experience with every sale and learning how to handle these situations better. As a real estate professional, you never stop learning new things and that is what I love about it.
